Loved this book. It had mystery, intrigue, romance, drama... definitely all the things I love to read about. At first I was very confused at what was happening with all the characters. I admit that I did not see that ending coming although I did notice the subtle hints here and there which made me arrive at the wrong but some-what close conclusion. I was quite happy with the end because I really loved Matty and Julie and how they interacted with each other. Of course the elusive Finn was also quite interesting but it's always nice to have it all in one nicely put together package. This is a good book for people interested in psychology as well as true love. Great read!!
WOW this book was addicting! It is so dysfunctional and destructive; I LOVED IT! I liked the idea of a love story that isn't all "I love you, let's be together and stay together forever!" This book has really complex characters that have different back stories as to why they are the way they are. I enjoyed all the fighting going on because it made everything more interesting and scandalous! Abby and Travis are so NOT the ideal couple and that's why it works. You see how they meet, how they share this love/hate relationship that is more love than hate. You see them fight and bicker and how they kind of destroy their friends' relationships as well by bringing them into the mix. But in the end it is all about whether or not you want to be with the person and if you still love them when the fight is over. Definitely a favorite!
I almost threw my kindle out the window before finishing this one!!! That's because I did not want to believe what I as reading but I am glad I finished it to the end because it was a really amazing read!!! The storyline is fun, sarcastic, romantic, serious, interesting and new!! I am literally anxious to find out what will happen next!! Great read and great debut novel!!
I love Ellen! She's so fun!! Tune in to The Ellen Show on November 18th to catch an appearance from Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner!!
Good storyline but felt that the ending was too unresolved. I know this isn't the last book but it wasn't even a cliffhanger; it felt like it just stopped mid-sentence. Also, I wish we had seen a little bit more about what was going on in the society when Cassia was off chasing Ky. I feel like the switching between Ky and Cassia POV's helped with understanding each story but it would have been nice to see other people's POV's as well; like Xander :D Other than that I liked it. And am still strongly team Xander!!! (from the get go!!!)
Am in LOVE with this album!!! Eliza Doolittle is a British pop singer. Her album debuted in the UK in 2010 and in the US in January of 2011. I love her style of music!
"Rollerblades" by Eliza Doolittle
I know you say you're ready to change But I need to get it down on paper It's in your face, you're ready to blame The first guy in line to catch the train
I'll save your seat 'Cause you don't stand for what you preach
You're singing with a broken string Tell me what you really mean Do you know what you want?
While beating up on yesterday I was on my rollerblades Rolling on, moving on
It's time to take the time to create 'Cause you're running late, the doors are closing So tip your hat and you might get back Whatever you need is up ahead
This train won't stop For anybody to get off
You're singing with a broken string Tell me what you really mean Do you know what you want?
While beating up on yesterday I was on my rollerblades Rolling on, moving on
You're singing with a broken string Tell me what you really mean Do you know what you want? Do you know? Oh, no
We've got to run with it It will get better And at least We're stuck together
Make your mind up Know what you need to say Before you shout at me So take your seat 'Cause standing only wears out feet
You're singing with a broken string Tell me what you really mean Do you know what you want?
You're beating up on yesterday I was on my rollerblades Rolling on, moving on
You're singing with a broken string Tell me what you really mean Do you know what you want?
Beating up on yesterday I was on my rollerblades Rolling on, moving on
