DAY 04.

Missed blogging yesterday because I was out! But here it is, DAY 04.

This was the most challenging day so far just because I had to go to two different parties and was unable to cook for myself. In the morning I just brought a banana, soy milk, water and crackers to snack on.

The tricky thing is that most food at parties, ESPECIALLY at Filipino parties, contain beef or pork so I really couldn't eat anything at all, lol. I did stop at target with my sister and got a little single serving of pretzel crackers and hummus. It was VERY good. And they come in this neat little package too. These are cool because you can carry them anywhere and I had them in my purse. LOL!


Other than that I ate salad and snacked on pita chips! Lol. Not very exciting but it's hard when you're on the go. I will have to make a note to pick up some vegan snacks for when I'm not at home. :)
